Application that keeps track of times excel file input and output work.
By setting the length of the workday lunch hour and the app calculates the total hours worked and performed any hours of overtime or permission;
are the functionalities of:
- emailing the excel file;
- ability to change schedules to rear with auto-completion of the line;
- chance of scoring any days of leave with automatic updating of the total;
- possibility of sending human resources of the daily times;
- alarm clock functionality can be activated to alert the end of the day with the possibility to postpone the alarm for minimum intervals of 15 minutes;
- features a monthly total of hours of work done, overtime and permits.
We thank the engineers Marco De Matteis, Michele Sgura e Sandro Zullo for suggestions and for having participated in the application development as a Beta Tester.
